Wow it's been two years!

I decided to close the retail store. I was losing my joy of baking and decorating. Since the cottage laws were passed in our county I've joined the bandwagon. I can now slow down and concentrate on learning new techniques. I still love to bake and try new recipes. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with diabetes so I can't indulge in sweets like I'm used to but that's what I have my family for.
